A private planning tool for the ward's leaders
What it's for
The Sage Haven Ward Portal helps the ward's bishopric and organization leaders keep track of what's due, what's waiting on someone else, and what was decided, without anyone keeping a private list. In one place, leaders:
- plan each Sunday's sacrament meeting program, speakers and music;
- propose callings and follow each one through to being set apart;
- prepare and run the bishopric meeting and ward council, with agendas, notes and actions;
- coordinate care for ward members, weekly visits, and baptisms;
- schedule appointments with the bishop and counselors on the bishopric's Google calendars.
Who can use it
Only leaders a member of the bishopric has given access can sign in, using their Google account. Everyone else sees this page and the sign-in page only.
Google account access
Signing in shares your name and email address with the portal. Separately, the bishopric can connect one shared bishopric Google account so appointments are booked on its Bishop and Bishopric calendars and invitations are sent from it. The privacy policy explains exactly what the portal uses and keeps.
